Sports Academy

OVERVIEW

NPS’s unique Sports Academy programme aims to cultivate strong fundamentals of various sports in our students. These short term, intensive training programmes are conducted on weekends and provide a professionally developed and rigourous course for our sports oriented students. They are also effective in fostering sportsmanship and an all-round development of personality and values.

Sports Academy courses are 7 weeks long and are conducted on Saturday mornings/evenings, at the NPSI campus. The programs are conceptualised and directed by our resident specialist coaches, many of whom have a background of professional sports and have represented the country at various levels.

Currently, training for the following sports are offered:

Basketball
Badminton
Cricket

A special NPS Cricket Academy is also conducted for advanced players and is open to non-NPSI students (aged 8 –16) as well. This is subject to selection.

Fees for Sports Academy are payable separately and will be intimated at the time of registration. Further information will be shared during the school term.
