IGCSE

NPS International School offers the International General Certificate of Secondary Education, or IGCSE. IGCSE is a Cambridge International Education based curriculum, and is one of the world's most popular and reputed international qualification at the 10th grade level.

The Cambridge IGCSE curriculum engages students by creating a foundation of core subjects and adding breadth and cross-curricular perspectives. Connecting a variety of topics across subjects, the system is designed in a manner to encourage and develop critical thinking enquiry and problem solving. Cambridge has also curated a large inventory of teaching materials and student/teacher support methodologies that are used regularly at NPSI.

The IGCSE Board exams includes written, oral, practical and coursework based assessments, and therefore prepares students for higher secondary and tertiary education. For more information, please visit the website: https://www.cambridgeinternational.org.

Along with academic learning, social skills are emphasised through a host of on-school and off-school activities such as reading, music and movement, art and drama, outdoor experiences and sports.
